Character: | Colorless clear crystal or white crystalline powder. The relative density is 2.534 and melting point is 880°C. It easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. It will weathering in dry air and lose crystal water under 100°C. It easily absorbs water to deliquesce in air. |
Uses: | It is used as quality improver, regulator of PH value, chelate agent, emulsifier and binder in food industry. It also is used in the processing of meat and aquatic product. |
Packing: | It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound paper-plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. |
Storage & Transportation: | It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport. Unload with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances. |
